We do not own trucks, railcars, or shipping containers. We do not ship product, nor do we employ truck drivers. We provide loading diagrams and loading knowledge to any company shipping by rail, sea, land, or air. 

* See the load on the left. It has not been loaded properly. And if the shipper continues to load the container without properly blocking and bracing the cargo inside the container. The shipper is setting themselves up for long shipping delays, fines, and lawsuits.

If the shipper continues to improperly load their cargo, the shipper can have their product held at the next shipping hub, fined, or worse yet banned from shipping with their chosen cargo forwarding provider. The railroad, an airline that delivers cargo by air, the port where intermodal containers are loaded onto ships, or by a trucking company that must follow the safe loading laws and regulations set forth by The Department of Transportation (DOT). 

Should this improperly loaded container be found to cause a railroad derailment, turn over on the interstate, or any other type of accident resulting for the shipper not properly loading their cargo inside any type of shipping container. The shipper can be held just as responsible for the accident as the shipping (company or method) they used to haul their freight.
